These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Thumbprint behavioral portrait service at thumbprinted.com. By purchasing a portrait, you agree to these terms.
Thumbprint provides behavioral portrait services. Upon purchase, you will receive a questionnaire. After completing the questionnaire, you will receive a written behavioral portrait within 48 hours. The scope of each portrait tier is described at the time of purchase.
Payment is collected at the time of purchase via Stripe. All prices are in USD. Portraits are delivered digitally via email to the address provided at checkout.
If your portrait has not yet been delivered, you may request a full refund by contacting [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase. Once your portrait has been delivered, all sales are final.
Thumbprint may send transactional SMS messages related to your order. Program name: Thumbprint. Message frequency: occasional (order updates and portrait delivery notifications only). Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of SMS at any time, reply STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The AutoGraph methodology and all Thumbprint portrait content are proprietary. Your portrait is licensed to you for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.
Your intake responses and portrait are treated as confidential. We will not share your portrait content with third parties without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Thumbprint portraits are observational and descriptive. They do not constitute professional psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes from applying portrait findings. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Benton County, Arkansas, or McDonald County, Missouri.
